AI guidance for compliance teams, and the workflows to match.
We help compliance, risk and legal teams work out where AI genuinely helps, set guardrails your regulators will recognise, and build the workflows your people use every day.
For compliance, risk, legal, audit and financial crime teams.
Your team is already being asked about AI. We help you answer.
Boards want efficiency, staff are already pasting into chatbots, and regulators want to know how it's controlled. We give compliance leaders a clear plan and the practical tooling to back it up.
Advise
AI readiness review
We map where your team spends its time, which tasks AI can safely help with, and what data and approvals each one needs.
Govern
Policy and guardrails
Acceptable-use policy, approved tools, review points and record keeping, written in plain language your staff will follow.
Build
Custom AI workflows
Working workflows for screening, monitoring, policy queries, evidence gathering and reporting, built with your team.
Train

Workflows
We build the workflows, not just the slide deck.
Advice is only useful if it changes how the work gets done. We design and build AI-assisted workflows that sit inside your existing process, with a person signing off where it matters and a record of every step.
Regulatory change
Summarise new rules and guidance, map obligations to your policies and flag the controls that need updating.
Policy assistant
Staff ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in your own policies, with the source quoted.
KYC and due diligence
Gather and summarise open-source information on customers and third parties, ready for an analyst to review.
Alert and case triage
First-pass review of monitoring alerts with the reasoning written up, so analysts spend time on the cases that need them.
Reporting and evidence
Draft board reports, attestations and audit evidence packs from your own records, for your team to check and finalise.
AI should make your compliance function faster and easier to evidence, never harder to defend.
Built the way compliance people think.
Every workflow we build starts from the question your regulator or auditor will ask: who decided, on what basis, and where is the record?
- People stay accountable. AI drafts, summarises and sorts. A named person reviews and decides.
- Everything is recorded. Sources, prompts, outputs and approvals are kept so the work can be evidenced later.
- Your data stays under your control. We work with the tools and environments your security team has approved.
- Plain language throughout. Policies and training your staff can actually follow, not jargon.
How we work
From first conversation to a workflow in use.
We start small, prove value on one real process, and expand from there.
Assess.
We talk to your team, look at the work and agree which one or two tasks are worth starting with.
Build.
We design the workflow, set the guardrails and build it with your people, testing on real cases.
Embed.
We train the team, hand over the documentation and stay on hand as you roll it out further.
Let's talk about where AI fits in your team.
Tell us a little about your organisation and what you're trying to do. We'll come back with a time for a short working session, no slides required.

Questions we get asked.
Straight answers for compliance, risk and legal leaders thinking about AI.
What does UseOSINT do?
We give compliance organisations practical guidance on using AI, from deciding where it helps to writing the policy around it, and then we build the AI-assisted workflows your team uses day to day.
Do we need to buy a particular AI tool?
No. We start with the tools you already have or are allowed to use, and only recommend something new when it clearly earns its place and passes your security review.
Is it safe to use AI with sensitive compliance data?
It can be, with the right setup. We help you decide which data can go where, choose environments your security team approves, and design workflows that keep a person responsible for every decision.
Will AI replace our analysts?
That isn't the goal. The workflows we build take on the reading, sorting and first drafts, so experienced people spend more time on judgement and less on copying and pasting.
How long does a first project take?
A first working session takes about an hour. A focused first workflow is usually a matter of weeks, not months, depending on your approvals and data access.
